Lead RPA Developer

Position
The Lead RPA Architect is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of robotic process automation, specifically building the ecosystem from the ground up using Microsoft Power Automate. This strategic role involves architecting robust solutions, designing scalable frameworks, and leading the full deployment of bots. You will act as a technical visionary and a primary liaison for senior stakeholders to drive digital efficiency across the organization.
End-to-End Development: Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment of complex bots using Power Automate to automate high-impact business processes.
Architectural Design: Define and build the foundational RPA architecture and framework from scratch, ensuring scalability and high availability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to identify automation opportunities, conduct ROI analysis, and manage project expectations.
Governance & Best Practices: Establish and document development standards, error-handling protocols, and security best practices for the Power Platform environment.
Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee the full deployment pipeline and establish monitoring systems to ensure bot performance and reliability post-launch.
Process Discovery: Conduct workshops to map "as-is" processes and design optimized "to-be" automated workflows.
Integration Management: Coordinate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure bots interact seamlessly with legacy systems and cloud applications.
Technical Leadership: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for automation, providing guidance on complex logic and troubleshooting critical production issues.
Requirement
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and systems architecture
Deep technical mastery of Microsoft Power Automate (including Desktop, Cloud flows, and Process Advisor)
Proven track record of building and deploying RPA solutions "from scratch" at an enterprise level.
Strong experience in stakeholder management, including the ability to translate business needs into technical blueprints.
Expertise in Power Platform governance, security, and Environment Management.
Strong background in API integration, Dataverse, and potentially C# or Python for custom scripts.
Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills to manage complex automation logic.
