Position
The Study Abroad Manager will lead the development of a Business Plan for a new Study Abroad programme in Italy and later can be considered for the leadership position in our new Study Abroad centre.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Development, Business Plan Design & Strategy
Design study abroad programs in Italy by building a new business plan with us
Ensure compliance with Italian regulations, education required standards, insurance and all requirements to launch the project
2. Operations & Student Experience
Plan, design and arrange student housing, and other essential support (housing, visas, student services)
4. Academic Coordination
Plan to align curricula between academic institution
Plan on how to support faculty and students’ engagement, course planning, and delivery
Plan on how monitor academic quality, student performance, and program outcomes
Requirements
Essential Criteria
Minimum 3 years’ experience in study abroad program management
Strong track record in building and managing partnerships with academic institutions
Experience coordinating logistics and ensuring student experience excellence
Familiarity with Italian systems, regulations, and all requirements
Fluency in English required; Italian language is required
Desirable Criteria
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, International Relations, or related field preferred
Experience working with U.S. or international academic institutions
Strong cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Please note this position is only available on our consultancy agreement.
The post holder may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.
