Position
We are seeking a meticulous and self-driven Admissions Officer to take full ownership of the end-to-end admissions process for our UK and US partner universities. Working remotely from Poland, you will manage a live caseload, ensuring every application is processed accurately and efficiently while consistently meeting established KPIs. This role requires complete accountability for each student file from application through to enrolment.
Key Result Areas
· Manage a live portfolio of student applications, ensuring every case remains accurate, complete, and progresses efficiently through each stage of the admissions cycle.
· Review, verify, and process application documentation in accordance with the admission requirements and quality standards of UK and US partner universities.
· Take full ownership of individual performance metrics by meeting application deadlines, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
· Act as the primary point of contact for students, partner universities, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination throughout the admissions process.
· Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance by ensuring all applications meet institutional requirements before submission.
· Monitor personal performance, analyse workflow efficiency, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and student experience.
Requirements
Essential Criteria
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in admissions management, student enrolment, or a similar administrative role within higher education or university admissions.
· Proven experience managing high-volume application processing, documentation, and casework with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, effectively managing priorities and delivering results with minimal supervision.
· Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote, KPI-driven environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong eye for detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems, admissions platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
· Highly accountable, taking full ownership of work and outcomes.
· Calm, resilient, and able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing deadlines.
· Committed to delivering a high standard of service, accuracy, and compliance throughout the admissions process.
Location
The position is home-based with travel if required.
Other Information
Please note this position is only available on our consultancy agreement.
The post holder may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.
